As the Brand Operations Manager, you are the ultimate team guide for the Brand Department and Operations Team. You champion the department's processes and organization. You are the hub of all workflows across cross-functional partners.

Your attention to detail and instinctive organizational skills directly supports larger operational initiatives that are led by the Senior Manager, Brand Operations.


Meet Your Future Team:


The Brand Operations team is a collaborative group of Project Managers, Producers, and Operators who are responsible for defining and evolving processes, leading workflow and the end-to-end production and delivery of brand and ecommerce content, campaigns, and a wide range of projects.

We create and implement standard operating principles to ensure a consistent experience for our working teams. We work in close partnership with our cross-functional partners within Brand, and across the organization.


If you were the Brand Operations Manager now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Overseeing and managing the Creative Portal, which includes but is not limited to, reviewing creative requests across channels and departments, ensuring creative tools are accessible, assigning project managers and creative resources, along with tracking and reporting on project status'
  • Managing resourcing of the Creative Team and Project Managers
  • Creating and coordinating freelance creative agreements, performance, invoices, and budget forecasting and reconciliation
  • Coordinating the Brand Seasonal Flow calendar in connection to the company's (GTM) gotomarket calendar for multiple seasons simultaneously, ensuring the dates, stage gates and deliverables are clearly captured
  • Ensuring Brand teams are proactively planning for and working to key upstream gates in the Brand Seasonal Flow calendar
  • Supporting the evolution of operating principles that help drive consistency across the Project Management and Operations team
  • Working with Production and Post-Production team on tool integration, processes and communication workflows
  • Supporting in keeping all functional teams on track and ensuring healthy lines of communication between internal teams and cross functional partners through the right tools (calendars, digital project plans etc.)
  • Coordinating and assembling periodic (realtime, monthly, quarterly, annual) reporting of the total team creative output, including analysis of metrics and utilization reports
  • Supporting in upstream planning and partner communication leading up to creative kickoffs

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Establishing and evolve the resourcing operating model for the department, inclusive of processes, dashboards and communications
  • Assigning incoming projects to Project Managers and Creative Team members, aligning scope of work with experience/career development

Are you our next Brand Operations Manager?:

  • You have 5+ years of Marketing Project Management operations experience, ideally within a retail, e-commerce or creative agency/production environment
  • You have 2+ years of experience delegating and monitoring creative resources
  • You have experience and practical knowledge of Project Management methodologies
  • You have a relentless attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • You have Agency experience preferred and are comfortable working with creative personalities
  • You have strong written and spoken English, including excellent presentation skills
  • You have strong skills in workflow organization and efficiency
  • You have a positive approach to problemsolving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy
  • You have excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • You have the ability to plan and oversee work schedules and calendars across various resource types
  • You are capable of finding and implementing simple, scalable solutions for complex problems
  • You are skilled in executing operational processes and visions
  • You have knowledge of graphic design, photography, video, and/or digital communications production
  • You have the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • You actively participate in activities that we make products for
  • You are an effective problem solver with a positive, cando attitude; ability to multitask
  • You seek and execute the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
