What do you need to succeed?

Roles & Responsibilities:

Program Manager demonstrating over 17 years of IT experience
Skilled in aligning business goals with technology solutions leading large teams across globe leverage processes to drive value for business
Vishal managing FPL business transformation programs like Oracle Lifecycle upgrade Datacenter migration and AIX to linux replatform of oracle databases
Defining program objectives initiate program kickoff working on program planning activities execution monitoring closure and reporting of program status
Establish program governance and reporting program status to client and business leadership
Managing internal & external stakeholders communication and ensuring that the projects & program meets its objectives
Coordinating between various projects business stakeholders and handling the inter dependencies with internal & client BUs
Resource management across all 3 projects and ensure resources are cross leveraged across projects ensuring deliverables are completed in timely manner
Project resource loading as per budgeting mentoring coaching teams and assigning work tasks / actions
Following & Implementing Agile methodologies and supporting project & program management practice as per agreed client SOW
Tracking the project and program progress costs schedules risks issues dependencies & stakeholder management
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and track project and program milestones & challenges
Driving vendor governance meetings weekly / quarterly performance reviews with Customers and internal reviews with Management
Involved in team appraisals and hiring process
Driven end to end delivery working with multiple delivery teams and service owners
Strong consultative approach including problem identification solution development and gaining buy in of customers
Develop best practices project standards procedures and quality objectives including metrics for assessing progress uses established
