Ray-Mont Logistiques Montréal Inc. est une entreprise en pleine croissance qui se spécialise en logistique opérationnelle de marchandises (chargement et transport) destinées outre-mer, via le port de Montréal. Le département de transport de l'entreprise existe depuis sa création et se veut l'une des raisons qui explique l'étonnante croissance de l'organisation depuis bientôt 30 ans.

**Description du poste**
- Mettre à jour des systèmes de logistique;
- Préparer et organiser les processus d'inspection;
- Coordonner les mesures d'échantillonnages;
- Assurer la traçabilité des unités d'approvisionnement;
- Communiquer les informations utiles avec les employés de la cour;
- Assurer la répartition des camionneurs;
- Veiller à donner les bons de connaissement aux camionneurs et sous-traitants;
- Aider l'équipe de logistique avec toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Nous cherchons une personne qui**:

- possède 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du transport, requis;
- possède 1 an d'expérience en service à la clientèle, requis;
- parle et écrit bien en français; la connaissance de l'anglais sera considérée un fort atout;
- détient un diplôme d'études collégial ou universitaire, un atout;
- détient d'excellentes compétences en organisation et en coordination;
- est à l'aise avec les systèmes informatiques;
- communique bien et offre un service à la clientèle hors-pair;
- remarque les détails que d'autres ont tendance à manquer; et
- travaille bien sous pression et de manière autonome.

- **Logistics Coordinator**

**Permanent position**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM**

We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products. The company's transportation department exists since its creation is one of the many reasons that explains the organization's phenomenal growth in the past 30 years.
- Update the logistics systems;
- Prepare and organize inspection processes;
- Coordinate sampling measures;
- Ensure the traceability of supply units;
- Communicate useful information with the yard employees;
- Dispatch the truckers;
- Provide truckers and subcontractors with bills of lading; and
- Assist the logistics team with all other related tasks.

**We are seeking someone who**:

- has 2 to 4 years of experience in the transport field, required;
- has 1 year of experience in customer service, required;
- can speak and write in French, required; the ability to speak English will be considered a strong asset;
- has a college or university diploma;
- has excellent organizational and coordinator skills;
- is comfortable with computer systems;
- communicates well and offers outstanding customer service;
- notices the small details that others tend to miss; and
- works will under pressure and independently.
