We're hiring a Shoemobile driver - manage a store on wheelsWork Authority has over 80 years of experience meeting individual and industrial safety footwear needs. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain contact with current customers to promote the sales of product and service. Responsible for pre-scheduling visits to clients.
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times.
Maintain vehicle appearance, both inside and out as a show case of your quality of work and representation of the Company. Ensure samples are displayed effectively and priced accordingly.
Maintain a stock of inventory within Work Authority models, which provides a variety of styles and sizes to meet specific customer requirements. Inventory replenishment data sent weekly.
Complete inventory count semi-annually, and cycle counts are to be completed monthly
Ensure all sales reporting and cash reconciliation is accurate and properly distributed to Work Authority and customer as required, and utilize Chain Drive computer system on a daily basis, including time inputting.
Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions/concerns in a timely manner with correct information and a timely resolution to those requiring follow up.
Ensure vehicle safety by bringing your vehicle to a pre-assigned service centre for scheduled maintenance, in addition to, performing "circle checks" daily prior to use. Ensure the heater is serviced and the security system is functional.
Ensure current knowledge on product specifications and CSA standards.
Attend training, sales and trade meetings as required.
Provide regional manager with updates on sales / customers and challenges on a monthly basis.
Promote company initiatives (i.e. gift card).
Promote the sales of accessories (i.e. gloves, glasses, hearing protection, etc.).
Maintain a driver's log.
To undertake other duties as assigned to support overall store / mobile and regional sales.
Skills for Success:
1 to 3 years sales experience
Previous mobile sales experience an asset
Strong Customer Service orientation is a must
Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
Self-disciplined, organized, ability to multi task and with good time management skills
Intermediate knowledge of computers and mobile devises
Reliable, Proficient and Professional
Self-motivated, competitive and an upbeat attitude
Ability to lift 55lbs. intermittently
