Work with a talented and diverse team developing IoT Core and IoT enabled solutions for the age of machines.

You will have Product Management duties over the IoT product lines and involvement with partners, technology, professional services, and tooling.

You will own the product strategy and roadmaps to drive new revenue.

Work cross functionally with product development on service requirements, sales and customers to understand market needs for new and emerging services, and operations and support to deliver best in class service and support.

You Are Great At:

Establishing the product roadmap, communicating the vision to internal stakeholders and presenting the strategic direction to customers and prospects, this is a balance between technical (internal) and being trusted (external)
Discovering and validating market problems
Understanding how customers leverage communications services platforms to streamline their business processes
Analyzing the competitive landscape
Collaborating with key customers, analysts, and members of the sales and solutions consulting organization to gather requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases
Very skilled in cloud software and operations, quickly understanding the difference between cloud platforms, cloud services, and cloud portability
Coordination across problem escalation
Good at cloud operational costs and monthly OpEx as well as plan pricing for consumption services

What It Takes:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or like degree, MBA is a plus.
5 years product management or software product team experience, experience with SaaS services/products a plus.
Strong customer orientation and comfort in sales situations.
Knowledge of agile software development lifecycle process, Agile methodologies, privacy, and compliance
Ability to make independent decisions and make suggestions to upper management in relation to business services, and processes.
Accustomed to working in an international environment involving multiple time zones
Familiarity with IoT, message acquisition, last mile, rules, processing, data science
