Our newest project is "The Welcome Platform". We create user-friendly community onboarding apps. "Don't just invite newcomers, welcome them with technology that makes their journey easy and delightful."


Role Overview
As our Sales and Account Manager, we are looking for you to lead with empathy. We believe the skills of the role can be learned, as long as you arrive with confidence and kindness.

You will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, managing our CRM, crafting proposals, and leading communications with potential leads.

Your role will be pivotal in not just acquiring new accounts but also ensuring their successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Manage CRM to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Craft compelling proposals and communication materials to convert leads into customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to refine sales messaging, process, and strategy.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present our product effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced startup environment.

Preferred (but not required) Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in SaaS or techrelated sales.
  • Understanding of the immigration services sector and the unique challenges faced by newcomers.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, to connect with a diverse client base.
