Description

As a Project Manager specializing in Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud implementations, you will play a critical role in leading and managing projects from initiation through to completion.

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Oracle WMS Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Lead endtoend project management for Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Effectively manage project scope, risks, and issues, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to mitigate impacts on project delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of X years of experience in Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud implementations.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud module and its functionalities, with handson experience in implementing and configuring the solution.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading crossfunctional project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Proactive problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience working in a consulting environment is an asset.
