Position Description Summary

Principal Accountabilities

Accountable, to create, train, execute and maintain a GMP and HACCP quality program;
Accountable for Auditing quality program and subordinates,
Develop and Manage KPI's, report back to the business;
Accountable to implement quality improvements to enhance the quality system and lead the QA culture within the organization.
Partner with company QA for quality initiatives.
Design implements and test internal controls, documentation, reporting, training, systems and solutions to drive accuracy.
Establish partnership with client and operations to build inventory accuracy
Challenge the status quo by developing and recommending modification to existing processes and methodologies with a constant focus on continuous improvement
Develop and manage and implement weekly analysis reporting
Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and practices.
Accountable for all internal / external audits
Supervision of all staff under your direct or indirect control.

Knowledge and Skills
years in a fast paced environment with a proven track record

Team oriented individual able to work constructively and cooperatively with team members as well as with other departments
Strong attention to detail and quality focused
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to conduct the root cause analysis and proactively analyze findings and identify opportunities for improvement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a team environment are essential
Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing processes
Strong computer skills
