Position Description Summary

Principal Accountabilities

  • Accountable, to create, train, execute and maintain a GMP and HACCP quality program;
  • Accountable for Auditing quality program and subordinates,
  • Develop and Manage KPI's, report back to the business;
  • Accountable to implement quality improvements to enhance the quality system and lead the QA culture within the organization.
  • Partner with company QA for quality initiatives.
  • Design implements and test internal controls, documentation, reporting, training, systems and solutions to drive accuracy.
  • Establish partnership with client and operations to build inventory accuracy
  • Challenge the status quo by developing and recommending modification to existing processes and methodologies with a constant focus on continuous improvement
  • Develop and manage and implement weekly analysis reporting
  • Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and practices.
  • Accountable for all internal / external audits
  • Supervision of all staff under your direct or indirect control.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Team oriented individual able to work constructively and cooperatively with team members as well as with other departments
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focused
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to conduct the root cause analysis and proactively analyze findings and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a team environment are essential
  • Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing processes
  • Strong computer skills
