This is a small steady support role for someone who likes helping people and doesn't get flustered by it's not working emails. It requires being the calm person in the inbox.Reply to support emails/tickets Troubleshoot basic plugin + Squarespace setup issues Ask the right questions when a customer's message is vague so we can actually solve it Use and improve saved replies/docs Flag real bugs with clean notes steps to reproduce + screenshots Customers feel taken care of Fewer repeat questions because you document patterns The inbox stays under control without drama You are cool respectful genuinely like helping people. Know Squarespace or learn platforms fast Write clearly human direct no corporate voice Can troubleshoot without needing hand-holding Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week Mandatory skills JavaScript CSS HTML Web Development jQuery Web Design.
