We're experiencing rapid growth and need a Senior AR / AP Bookkeeper to take charge of our daily finance and operations processes management.
Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic, self-starting individual to oversee daily front office operations, including accounting tasks, collection calls, and invoicing. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily front office operations, including accounting tasks, collection calls, and invoicing
- Assist Operations Managers with daily processes such as POs and ROs
- Perform fullcycle accounting tasks, including A/R and A/P management
- Manage vendor payments and collections efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, demonstrating impeccable phone etiquette and presence
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to delivering results
- Effective communication skills in dynamic situations
- Meticulous attention to detail and fullcycle accounting experience
- Experience with A/R, A/P, collections, and vendor payments
- Proficient in accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Experience with salaries management and internal controls/reporting is advantageous
- Perfect English language proficiency required due to significant verbal communication requirements with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience preferred
- Previous experience in A/R and/or A/P roles required
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is a must
- Fullcycle accounting experience is advantageous
- Experience with salaries management, internal controls, and reporting is beneficial

Salary:
$24.04-$38.46 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
