The Mobile Supervisor (M74) is accountable to Mobile Management and responsible for the overall quality of mobile security delivery, client retention rate, departmental morale, and overall efficiency of all the Mobile Department.

They are expected to represent management in a positive fashion at all times and is critical in the efficient field operation of the department, as well as responsible for monitoring all business aspects on behalf of the Clients and Paladin Mobile Management after hours.

The overall environment and the strength of the mobile security program is tandem to the interest the Mobile Supervisor pays to the program and the Officers.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of 1 year security experience; or a combination of relevant experience and education.

Preference will be given to applicants who have mobile security and/or supervisory experience.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to plan, organize, and problem solve.
Demonstrated understanding of decision making.
Proven ability to work in a team environment where collaboration and change is frequent.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally with strong interpersonal skills capable of increasing and maintaining staff morale.
Skilled in training staff and building a team based culture.
Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a highly dynamic environment.
Must possess strong deportment and professionalism in all situations.
Must possess a valid class 5 driver's license with the ability to provide a drivers abstract with no more than 5 demerit points.
Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

Pay rate ranges between $ $21.00/hour.

All our Officers are required to carry a valid Security License. We also provide the Basic Security Training to those who have not been through the course previously.
