We are looking for a full-time Building Caretaker to join our Residential team in Prince George, BC.

Reporting to the Property Administrator, you will provide basic maintenance and general upkeep to Northview property grounds and buildings, depicting the pride of ownership and respect for our residents and delivering on our promise to residents to provide a safe and clean home in which to live.

Vacuum/wash floors, elevators, hallways, stairs, windows and common rooms
Perform seasonal duties as required (gardening, mowing, weeding, snow removal and salting)
Assist with minor maintenance as needed
Respond to all resident questions, concerns and complaints in a timely manner
Prior experience with building maintenance, janitorial or groundskeeping in either commercial or residential properties would be an asset
An ability to speak and write English fluently
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean drivers' abstract
Flexible schedule, able to work on call and weekends as needed
Extended health care including medical, dental and vision coverage
