***: The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing ticket sales data and developing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and ticket sell through for Canucks Sports and Entertainment (CSE). This position will play a critical role in shaping the team's ticket sales strategy and product pricing to help drive revenue for the organization.

A typical day includes:

Conducting trend analysis, variance analysis, and sales velocity to identify patterns in ticket sales and adjust prices in realtime through dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
Preparing and presenting regular reports on ticket sales and pricing strategy performance to management
Analyzing data related to membership ticket product sales and making recommendations for pricing
Monitoring the competitive landscape, including ticket prices for other teams and events in the area, to ensure the team remains competitive in the marketplace
Collaborating with other departments to identify new revenue opportunities and optimize pricing strategies

YOU MUST HAVE:

Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related field such as Business Administration, Economics or Statistics
12 years of experience in ticket sales and pricing, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE:

Knowledge of Ticketmaster products, specifically Archtics and Host
