We are a small but fast growing company, that seeks to build long-term relationships with our clients and employees.

We are a full-service landscape company, offering design, build and maintenance in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, North Vancouver and West Vancouver.

Responsibilities:


Plant Installation and Maintenance:


  • Install, and maintain a variety of plants, trees, and shrubs.
  • Implement fertilization, and pest control measures.
  • Monitor plant health and address issues promptly.

Lawn Care:


  • Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
  • Identify and address lawn diseases or pests.

Hardscape Installation:


  • Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as pathways, retaining walls, fences and outdoor structures.
  • Ensure proper placement and alignment of hardscape elements.
  • Ensure proper property is cleanedup at the end of every day.

Equipment Operation:


  • Class 5 licence and experience or willingness to learn to drive a truck and trailer
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, plate compactors, others.
  • Conduct routine checks on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Safety and Compliance:


  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all landscaping activities.
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and personal protection.

Client Interaction:


  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping preferences and address any concerns.

Qualifications:


  • No experience required, however experience as a Landscape Technician or similar role is an asset
  • Knowledge of plant species, horticulture practices, and landscape design principles.
  • Proficient in operating landscape equipment and tools.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certification:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or coursework in horticulture is a plus).

Pay:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
