Looking for a Sales Lead with strong leadership skills and who is comfortable with the following:_

Facilitate counter sales, cashiering and cash handling with integrity and detail.
Ensure successful implementation of Pick-NPull promotional activity.
Assist with the ongoing training of new and certified customer service staff.
Help maintain the standards of all PicknPull policies and procedures.
Must be present during all peak customer traffic periods, as in weekends, sale days, or any other occasion that would generate high customer flow into the store.
Always be pleasant, respectful, and helpful.

Qualifications:

Customer service experience in a retail, or counter sales position is preferred, but no required.
Experience leading a team of employees is preferred, but not required.
Be able to successfully identify auto parts visually.
