Overview:
We are looking for a talented **Equipment Operator** to join our team. In this role, you will be in charge of operating and maintaining various heavy equipment. This position requires hands-on work, mechanical expertise, and prior experience with equipment like loaders, bulldozers, cranes, backhoes, and farm machinery.
Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, cranes, backhoes, and farm machinery
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on the equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols for a secure work environment
- Efficiently complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives
- Follow project specifications and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in heavy equipment operation
- Sound mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Skilled in operating loaders, bulldozers, cranes, backhoes, and farm machinery
- Possession of a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and precision
