- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely for patients
- Manage medication and supplements inventory levels
- Counsel patients on medications in a positive manner
- Educate customers through public relations activities
- Administer Vaccinations and other services as per regulations
- Provide Pharmaceutical Professional Services
- Resolve patient needs and requests promptly
- Control costs within the pharmacy
- Offer training for pharmacy colleagues
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy degree, and a Class A Pharmacists license
- Customer relations and professionalism skills
- Leadership and performance management abilities
- Experience in business development through community-based marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and knowledge of pharmacy computer systems
