We are a leading liquor warehouse seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Operator to join our team. The Call Operator will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Taking orders from customers and ensuring that they are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Providing accurate information about our products, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensuring that customer records are accurately maintained and updated in our database.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Familiarity with liquor products and related terminology is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone calls at once.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
