- 5-10+ years progressive construction experience
- Experience in Mid-Rise New build in commercial or institutional projects
- Post-secondary diploma in a construction related discipline
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines
- Experience with projects over $20 million range
- Knowledge of relevant construction law and building code
