We're hiring a motivated Sales Associate to join our energetic retail team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enthusiastic about products, and skilled at building rapport. You'll help drive sales, deliver product expertise, and create memorable shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Demonstrate products clearly, highlighting features and benefits
• Maintain attractive, on-brand merchandising and product displays
• Accurately process sales and returns using the POS system; follow cash-handling procedures
• Upsell and cross-sell by identifying opportunities to increase basket value
• Resolve customer questions and issues promptly and professionally
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and store sales targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English; bilingual/multilingual candidates welcome
• Retail, technology, or technical sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to deliver informative product demonstrations
• Familiarity with merchandising principles to boost visibility and sales
• Strong numerical accuracy for transactions and cash handling
• Outstanding customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Professional phone etiquette and confidence interacting with customers
• Persuasive selling techniques and a results-driven mindset

Pay: $18.25-$20.75 per hour
