Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations this position is responsible for the leadership and operations of assigned programs and/or units.

The Program Manager monitors operational budgets, participates in operational planning at the unit, program and site level. The position is accountable for the delivery of quality care to clients (residents and patients). The Program Manager adheres to and serves as a role model for the Covenant Health mission, vision and values.

The responsibilities of this position are focused around four critical aspects of: 1) Leadership, 2) Care, 3) Quality and Safety, and 4) Resources. This position is non-unionized.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. License(s)/Certificate(s): Active annual registration with professional college required (where applicable). Certified in CPR (where required).

Must have at least 3-5 years progressively responsible continuing care experience in leadership roles; 3 of which will have been in a supervisory/management level position.
