Technical Sales Coordinator in our
Surrey branch.

The
Technical Sales Coordinator is a key support role in our branch operations providing value through personalized service, on time, on budget, and within functional and quality expectations.

The position is
full-time and, for a highly motivated professional, has tremendous growth opportunities.

As an
Technical Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

Provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
Understand customer needs, answer calls, and handle walkin traffic as needed
Provide timely and accurate quotes using CP standard over the counter pricing policies, estimating, and quoting processes
Act as a brand ambassador and use available opportunities to promote CP products and services that meet the customers' plan and budget
Take a proactive and professional approach to troubleshooting and have strong organizational abilities

Your Experience:

12 years' experience in a customer service or entry level sales role
Previous construction industry experience considered an asset
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
2 years of experience in overthecounter building material distribution sales considered an asset
Foundational experience and knowledge of Division 8 and 10 scopes of work, specifically with building openings (doors, frames, and hardware) considered an asset
