Your Role

As our Product Owner, your journey will include:

• Charting a bold long term product vision and roadmap for the future
• Driving daytoday product implementation, collaborating closely with our clients, UI/UX and Dev teams
• Introducing and leading a formal agile methodology
• Defining key metrics for digital initiatives / projects and estimating impact
• Championing digital channel performance with support of IT teams to help drive overall strategic goals
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Defining, prioritizing, and bringing to life user stories and remarkable product features
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members

• Patrick Mandic, CEO
• Kesem Frank, President
• Yevgen Malyshev, Chief Product Officer
• Mahmoud Alkhraishi, Director of Engineering

About you

• Have a strong track record in Energy, Banking, DeFi or Supply Chain Management
• Are seasoned product managers, especially for B2B enterprise products in startup realms
• Possess excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills, both written and spoken
• Have strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (required)

Nice to haves:

• Product management: 2 years (preferred)
• Prior scrum master experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Consulting experience
• Previous software development experience
• Experience with AI, Analytics, Blockchain, or Identity Management
• Proficiency in Spanish or French

• Salary: $90,000.00 per year
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Location: Toronto, ON (preferred)
