This position works associated with the sales team, report directly to inside sales supervisor, connect closely with production, warehouse, carriers, customers, and provide enhanced support to the sales department in making effective arrangement.

Strong organizational and coordination skills are required, with the ability to promptly capture details. The Inside Sales and Logistics Coordinator can problem-solve, negotiate, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are looking for the Inside Sales and Logistics Coordinator who will:

Responsible for receiving orders, conducting order reviews, processing customer orders in the ERP system, devising shipment plans, and arranging logistics.
Coordinate and communicate with Sales and Production team to arrange inventory and shipments.
Communicate with transportation companies, processing, archiving and tracking of transportation documents.
Responsible for sales data collection and analysis.
Handle customer service tasks, including information gathering, addressing customer inquiries, and managing feedback, and internal coordination.

Qualifications:

Relevant experiences will be given priority.
Good communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to use various Microsoft office software proficiently for processing and analyzing data.
Able to travel according to business needs.
Languages: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, ability to mandarin will be an asset.
