Job Title Hospital Program Coordinator
Reports To CFO
Location Toronto, Ontario
Job Purpose
Reporting to the CFO, this position is responsible for providing administrative support for Starlight's in
Major Duties/Responsibilities
Administrative tracking for the distribution of:
- Starlight Fun Centers
- Starlight Comfort Kit Program
- Starlight National Grants Program
- Starlight Treasure Chest Program
- Starlight Nintendo Switch Program
Other
- Manage Starlight's webbased Hospital Wish Platform
- Prepare month end program activity report for submission to National Office
- Communication with hospitals
- Manage all deadlines, including program reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications
Must have functional written and spoken French
Administrative experience 1 year (preferred)
Post-secondary education (preferred)
Excellent computer skills and the ability to work with Microsoft Office software including Word,
Excel and Outlook
Must be extremely well organized, flexible and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Must have strong communication skills
Successful completion of criminal and voluntary sector background check
