Inside Sales Team Lead

Manager, Membership & Group Sales
***: The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of departmental strategic plans and supporting tactical and operational plans for the sales of all in-bowl seating and group seats
A typical day includes:
Providing leadership to the Inside Sales team; implementing inside sales training program in collaboration with other sales team members
Planning, executing, and monitoring sales campaigns for full season, partial season, group tickets, and single game tickets
Leading bi-weekly Sales Pipeline meetings and one-on-ones to discuss progress, areas for improvement, and career goals with each member of the Inside Sales team
Setting activity metric goals for each member of the Inside Sales team with prioritization on face-to-face appointments/interactions and effectively communicate said goals with the group
Driving behavior that motivates and equips the Inside Sales team with the necessary skills to achieve and surpass their individual sales targets, set each year based on the organizations overall ticket sales budget
Providing regular sales activity reports to Senior Director, Ticket Sales & Membership Experience
Working closely with all members of the sales team to develop and implement sales and service excellence initiatives

YOU MUST HAVE:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as business or sports management
One year of leadership experience in a high energy sales and service environment
Action-oriented individual possessing a high degree of initiative and known to have the knack for getting things done
Committed to a vision of service that will thrill fans and provide the ultimate fan experience
Ability to build, motivate, and lead teams
Superior communication, conflict resolution skills, with the ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, management, clientele, suppliers, and partners.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem solving skillsAbility to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize
Extensive computer knowledge, including MS Office
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
Experience with Archtics and Ticketmaster technology
