Clean Water Pro has been growing rapidly and is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to help us continue this growth.

Our company specializes in environmental consulting and remediation and has been in business since 2008.

Clean Water Pro takes a comprehensive approach to water's physical, environmental and chemical composition and the surrounding area. Clean Water Pro sells, installs, and maintains fine bubble aeration systems designed to pump dissolved oxygen into stagnating water.

Other services include bacterial treatments, pond dyes, and vegetative and wildlife management solutions (in the water and on the shore).

Clean Water Pro provides a valuable diagnostic service for assessing various environmental parameters in our assessment division. In addition to the above, we have a growing retail market with our storefront and online sales.

We are located southwest of Winnipeg in beautiful Carman, Manitoba


You will be an integral part of our team, assisting the operations managers in installations and general labour duties pertaining to our environmental remediation projects.

You will report to the Senior Operations Manager. You will work as a team and work independently at times. And you will, for sure, be expected to have a positive attitude every day.

**Job Specifications

  • Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities (TDRs)*
  • Comply with all safety regulations and take part in the safety team.
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders
  • Creating labels and booking pickups with carriers
  • Organizing stock and tools
  • Communicating with field staff and supplying them with required treatment and equipment
  • Gather water and invertebrate samples
  • Install aeration systems
  • Install solar systems
  • Install other equipment in the field
  • Assist with special projects and installations.
  • Assist with landscape maintenance in the warehouse yard.
  • Cleaning and organizing equipment, maintaining yard, mowing, weeding as needed
  • Prepping vehicles with required tools and treatment for field staff
  • Performing any other tasks required by the Manager
  • Ability to lift 5075 lbs

Qualifications

  • Naturally, a friendly communicator
  • An ability to organize

  • Enthusiasm and the ability to dedicate high energy to jobrelated duties are required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Must be alert and resourceful and be able to interact with a crosssection of individuals
  • Must be able to demonstrate patience and perseverance and embrace change when it occurs

Credentials and Experience

  • High School Student or University or College Student
  • A clean driving record required
  • First aid/CPR training required
  • Farm/ Environmental background an asset
