In this role, you will collaborate with our Marketing and Product teams to ideate, strategize, and deliver captivating content for our digital and social media channels.
A key aspect of this role will involve filming and producing content featuring our Co-Founder Stu McLaren. Your role includes on-location filming, requiring domestic and international travel.
Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind crafting content that speaks volumes in a matter of seconds.
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Conceptual Brilliance: Transform ideas into compelling content concepts that align with our brand, tell a story, and captivates audiences.
- Social Media Expertise: Execute endtoend content production for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more, leveraging your understanding of trends and nuances on each of these channels.
- Collaborative Magic: Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Product teams to ideate, plan, produce and publish compelling content that supports marketing strategies and product campaigns.
- Founder Spotlight: Play a key role in filming content featuring our founders, helping communicate our brand's unique narrative.

Production Wizardry:
Oversee post-production processes to ensure the final product meets our high-quality standards.
- Audience Engagement: Develop visual narratives that spark genuine engagement and conversations with our audience.

Sample Deliverable Timelines
As Creative Video Producer, you will be responsible for meeting timelines on both regular content/asset deliverables and special projects, events and community activations throughout the year.
- Product Overview Videos — 5 business days postshoot
- Event Recap Video — 3 business days postevent
- Event Recap Photos — 1 business day postevent
- Social Media Videos —.5 business day postevent
- Brand Campaign Photos/Videos — Timelines created at time of project
Functional Skills
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of creating captivating social media content.
- Proficiency in the entire content production process, from concept creation to postproduction.
- Experience with digital postproduction processes such as editing, colour correction, sound mixing, encoding, uploading and managing media.
- A flair for storytelling and a keen eye for detail that helps you craft content that resonates.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Leadership and Execution Behaviors
- Work closely with Designers to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Generate compelling and innovative ideas for social media campaigns to drive marketing objectives.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work closely with crossfunctional teams and bring creative ideas to life, provide direction on scriptwriting, storyboarding, and overall content production.
- Must be highly organized and manage multiple deadlines.
