Audi Downtown Vancouver is currently looking to fill the position of Assistant Logistics Coordinator.

JOB DUTIES:

Assist with organizing the lot, including parking the vehicles in the proper spots/sections & updating staff on location of vehicles.
Moving vehicles between the sales and service building and assisting staff with their requests. Ensure ready for sale vehicles are tidy/gassed up and presentable to customers.
Assisting sales/service staff with locating vehicles at the lot.
To be accessible on online group chats for requests made by staff.
Creating windshield and key tags for the vehicles without the proper identification/information.
Checking the status of newly arrived vehicles with the service & sales staff to keep the chats and system (oneeighty) updated.
Other related duties as assigned by management.
