As the Controller, you will play a crucial hands-on role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization.

You will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, implementing effective financial controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company's management team.

The Controller will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and ensure financial integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daytoday financial transactions of the business, such as invoicing, purchases, and payments.
Maintain accurate and upto date financial records.
Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting and compliance.
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.
Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CPA designation or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Prior experience in IT, software, professional services or Value-Added Reseller companies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in financial management software.
