Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our office. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train. We are located on Hwy 7 in Markham between McCowan Rd. and Markham Rd.


Our office hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays 9am-5pm, Thursdays 9am-7pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.

The position is part-time and you will be expected to work multiple shifts during the week including Thursday evening and Saturday shifts.


You will be greeting customers in person and processing their transactions, answering all inquiries, preparing documents legibly, updating databases, collecting proper fees and balancing your cash drawer.

You will also be required to occasionally perform general office duties including filing, photocopying and faxing, along with helping the team maintain a clean and organized office environment.


Job Requirements
You have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to remain professional, patient and courteous in all situations. You have strong keyboarding skills and an ability to work in a busy, fast paced, team environment. French is an asset. Upon hiring, you will be required to provide an acceptable Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC).


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week


Salary:
$16.00-$16.50 per hour
