Required Qualifications:

Must be a registered apprentice, an Alberta-certified journeyperson or hold a valid recognized credential.

Additional Required Qualifications:

2 years journeyman painting experience preferred. 2 years in a hospital maintenance setting preferred. Must be able to use required tools and equipment related to maintenance repair and testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Be detail-oriented and organized. Computer skills required. e.g. Microsoft Office (Includes Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to withstand and work under inclement weather conditions. Must be flexible and able to return for emergency calls as required. Heavy lifting and/or bending required. Must be able to work around sick and vulnerable people.
