E xpected Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is $22.5 hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position.
Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing.
As a Trainee you will:
Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
Be provided with a training plan to ensure you're fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond

As a Trainee - Insurance Advisor , you're empowered to develop your career in insurance by learning how to promote and educate clients on Insurance products.
