Explore your next role:

We are looking for a qualified individual to join the Part Sales team as a
Sales Coordinator.

The successful individual will be responsible for providing support to the department through processing incoming purchase orders and always guaranteeing customer satisfaction.


  • Calculate complete invoices and price and arrange and process payment for customers.
  • Generate quotes, sales orders, packing slips, invoices, shipping requests and other supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with the Material Control department to ensure all orders are shipped on a timely basis.
  • Make shipping arrangements with customers or freight forwarders and coordinate logistics with couriers for outgoing parts.
  • Communicate with courier companies to resolve any clearance delays on shipped orders.
  • Provide postsale customer service as required.
  • Audit daily production of transactions and reports.
  • Ensure inventory stock levels are consistent with department requirements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Your Distinctive Ingredients for Success:


  • Minimum 1year experience in administration or related field.
  • Completion of high school diploma.
  • Experience using inventory related software, such as WinAir, considered an asset.
  • Detail oriented, selfstarter and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

You must be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
