We're looking for a driven, people-first Automotive Product Specialist who knows how to connect, listen, and deliver exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing:
- Following the Toyota sales process from first contact to delivery.
- Building strong relationships by understanding each customer's needs.
- Assisting customers with product-specific information.
- Presenting and demonstrating new and pre-owned vehicles confidently and professionally.
- Responding to and generating sales leads and opportunities.
- Tracking customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM system.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Completing required OEM, dealership, and safety training.
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
