Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Partner with customers, vendors, and internal groups to build a solid working relationship
  • Work with commercial department to ensure all parties are aligned
  • Work with worldwide ocean shipments, including all geographies and multiple customers across the world
  • Provide professional, prompt and efficient customer service to all clients
  • Ensure files are completed and updated in accordance with corporate requirements
  • Complete thorough research for client requests to provide the most advantageous solutions based on client's service and cost needs
  • Work diligently to ensure quotation deadlines and shipment requirements are met
  • Monitor shipments and respond to inquiries from clients, in a timely manner
  • Resolve client customer service issues promptly and professionally
  • Support and manage ongoing vendor and partner relationships
  • Provide the proper documentation that is required for the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Partner with global offices as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with an international freight forwarding company is preferred
  • Handson knowledge of ocean import and export procedures
  • Customer service mindset and ability to manage all stages of the shipping process
  • Excellent English language communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Proficiency in French preferred
  • Preference for working in a dynamic, fastpaced team environment
  • Experience in handling shipments of alcoholic beverages would be considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize in a fastpaced growth environment
  • High level of critical and logical thinking analysis and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
  • Ability to build positive professional relationships and work collaboratively with functional and operational employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures

Devoirs et responsabilités
- Établir des partenariats avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les groupes internes pour créer des solides relations de travail

  • Assurer l'alignement de toutes les parties en collaboration avec le groupe commercial
  • Travailler avec les expéditions maritimes internationales, quels que soient la géographie ou les clients multiples à travers le monde
  • Fournir à tous les clients un service à la clientèle professionnel, prompt et efficace
  • S'assurer que les dossiers sont complétés et misàjour selon les exigences corporatives
  • Compléter des recherches exhaustives en réponse aux demandes des clients pour fournir les solutions répondant le plus avantageusement possible à leurs besoins en termes de service et de coûts
  • Travailler avec diligence pour rencontrer les échéances des soumissions et les exigences d'expédition
  • Surveiller les expéditions et répondre aux requêtes des clients, en temps oportun
  • Résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle professionn
