    Job Description:

    CAWST seeks a Manager Global Partnerships to lead Institutional Funding function steward critical grants relationships guide proposal partnerships global impact dozens countries translate complex ideas compelling cases support ensure partners feel connected outcomes they enable.

    This high-impact role supports life-changing work worldwide if you build strategy manage grants coach team members craft proposals combine technical expertise global context shared value step into unique opportunity make direct difference.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Lead mentor develop at least one staff member
    • Identify evaluate prioritize potential global partners CAWST strategic goals develop execute partnership strategies enhance revenue growth market expansion

    Oversight grant management all existing CAWST grants funding agreements insure adherence new existing grant reporting requirements qualifications commitments primary lead renewing key funding contracts agreements supervision management grant managers activities performance Prospect research cultivation stewardship understand interpret funding guidelines determine eligible aligned prospective funders examine assess prospective funders identify key messages investment priorities business objectives areas shared value maintain track prioritize potential funding opportunities communicate various CAWST staff prepare briefing notes researching synthesizing background collaborators funders meetings conferences presentations events develop steward relationships secured collaborators funders drive grant proposal process collection analysis relevant information CAWST departments basis proposals applications funder stewardship reports understand connect with staff partners draft concept letters intent communication materials reach out engage potential clients articulate capture reflect shared value prospect’s investment objectives coordinate cross-functional teams involved proposal development process ensure deadlines met provide developmental support field staff engagement business activities produce forecasts generation activity revenue forecasting supporting leadership board partners core qualification year under graduated degree economics public policy finance related due extensive writing seeking building project effective prompt execution.
