We currently have an opening for a
HR
Admin Assistant position who will be primarily responsible for providing HR/Executive administrative support.

If you have great communication skills, well-organized, result oriented and highly motivated person with excellent knowledge of MS Office, this job is for you.

This position is responsible for processing accurate information that will support the management team.

This position requires well established organizational skills, a high level of motivation and energy, excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and a desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Support with administrative tasks as required.
  • Support with employee file maintenance.
  • Support with recruitment activities, including job postings, phone interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Collect required documentation for on boarding employees.
  • Preparation of presentations, documentation, ordering office supplies, booking meetings and phone screening.
  • Additional support duties as required.

Skills and Requirements

  • Completion of a postsecondary education (certificate/diploma/degree)
  • 2 to 4 years of demonstrated HR or Executive Assistant experience would be considered an asset.
  • Expert Google drive management skills REQUIRED.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and a quick learner with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Resultsdriven, selfmotivated, and able to work well as part of a team.
  • Highly organized, accurate and have great attention to detail in all communications.
  • Fluent in English

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$31,792.91-$48,000.00 per year
