Our Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Agile experience to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, liaise with stakeholders, and to provide UAT and documentation.

All work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues.

This is a Hybrid role, and the expectation is for the resource to work on site at least 1-2 days per week in Edmonton Alberta, and as required to support project needs.

Must be Canadian resident to apply.

Experience creating journey maps and service blueprints or other visual representations of user needs. (5+ years)
Experience gathering requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases or scenarios, business analysis, and business process modeling. (5+ years)
Experience translating requirements into solicitation documents. (3+ years)
3 years

Nice To Have Skills

Experience working within an agile development environment. (5+ years)
Experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process reengineering workshops and sessions. (5+ years)
Experience working independently and in a team/group environment.
Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios. (1+ year)
Experience preparing test data, executing tests and verifying results and logging issues. (1+ year)
Experience in performing threat and risk assessments and presenting recommendations for risk mitigation to senior management. (1+ year)
Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multistakeholder environment. (1+ year)
Experience in planning/monitoring User acceptance testing. (1+ year)
