Our practice offers a wide range of services in oral surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, dentures to patients in a safe, and comfortable environment.

Our team of general dentists, specialists and dental care staff are highly regarded in their field, bring extensive experience to provide all patients with the highest quality of dental care services available in Abbotsford and the surrounding Valley.


The team is passionately dedicated to continuous improvement and continually upgrading the knowledge and skills which contribute to our patients ongoing oral health.


At Fraser Valley Dental Specialists, we are committed to staying at the cutting edge of dental technology providing quality care in effective way.

We utilize iTero Intraoral Digital scanner, VELscope oral screening device, digital x-rays, Panoramic x-rays and Dental Cone Beam (CBCT) to support varying treatment plans.


Working within our network, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the industry's leading clinicians, while having greater access to the most advanced treatment technologies and training & development.

Our practice is conveniently located in Abbotsford, BC.


Schedule:
Bi-weekly shifts, 2-3 days per week.

Option for part-time work, with Periodontics support every Monday.

Responsibilities:


  • Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation
  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
  • Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient
  • Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements

About You:

  • Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association
  • Certified with CDAAC (DAANCE) to assist Oral Surgeons is a strong asset.
  • Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
