What you will do

Documentation, and close out Incident Investigations

Demonstrate leadership by ensuring that all work is undertaken with safety as the priority

Engaging with relevant stakeholders/customers to ensure project outcomes meet technical and quality standards

Manage the internal/external teams' day to day resource management in relation to requirements, escalating to the Project Manager where required

Supporting Customer Care team in investigating and responding to customer issues

Ensuring activities are delivered in compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards

Key skills and experience

You are a proven leader with experience managing, leading, developing and deploying a team to enhance business capabilities. You have excellent conceptual and analytical skills which assist you in building stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes.

Salary:
$15.50-$26.84 per hour
