Job Summary
A small but fun company with 22 years experience and growing.

The role of this position is to manage all company accounting/ bookkeeping, bank reconciliation plus in/out inventory based on client SKU.

We use Quickbooks Online as well as Zoho inventory. No collections or receivables to worry about. no payroll


Job Type / Category

Job tasks include but are not limited to:
Sourcing and recording PO's to bills
Creating bill payments

reconciling accounts and inventory

balancing accounts

Calculating monthly tax payments

Bill entries into Quickbooks, organizing customer expense accounts.

Data entry and maintenance of customer and vendor records


Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
Windows 10 Computer skills,

Basic bookkeeping, computer use with Quickbooks
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
A combination of education and experience related to the position.
