    Description

    What you'll do:

  • Lead the layout of floor planning practices and programs by overseeing the Shelf Management team in the development, coordination and implementation of planograms and floor plans within the Food area for Local Co-ops to ensure category goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to multiple and diverse stakeholder groups of varying levels into improvements including in-store customer shopping experiences, fulfillment efficiencies, and space utilization (space to sale).
  • Build store specific floor plans related to floor planning including merchandising features, assign planograms to store floor plans, site configuration, reporting, and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Oversee and lead the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and metrics for shelf management and floor planning.
  • Who you'll work with :

    The Team: You will work closely with Food (Centre & Fresh) Category Development Managers, Category Managers and Category Management Specialists, Zone Operations and local Co-ops, as well as the E-Commerce and Facilities Design & Development teams, will have 4 direct reports,and will report into the Director, Shared Services.     Who you are:

    You are looking for a career in ​Sales & Marketing​ and:

  • Have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in E-Commerce, data analysis, space planning and/or category management. Experience in retail operations is considered an asset. Supervisory experience would be an asset.
  • Have a degree, with a preference for business or commerce (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Have Category Management, Certified Space Planner, and Certified Floor planner experience are assets.
