We are currently looking for Hosts/hostess to join our team We're looking for motivated people who are interested in advancing in the hospitality industry (and beyond) by learning various aspects of guest experience & growing your skills with us.
Able to work Saturday/Sunday and holidaysHost/Hostess
Responsibilities as a Host/Hostess
- Greet all guests with a warm welcome
- Answer main phone line and handle guest inquiries and reservation requests
- Manage waitlist
- Updating the status of tables during service
- Assisting servers with clearing and setting table
- Stay in constant communication with Leadership team
Requirements:
- 1year experience in highvolume restaurant preferred but not required
- Experience with OpenTable preferred but not required
- Able to work in standing position for extended periods of time
- Have to be organized, tidy and disciplined in managing reservations/walkin guests
- A passion for learning, and teaching others new skills about hospitality practices and Leadership
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary:
$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
