- Test, analyze, diagnose, and repair all existing and incoming laptops, printers, and other electronic devices parts/components to ensure products are fully functional.
- Perform data sanitization and factory resets.
- Change RAM (install physical component )
- Change out hardware for the devices (physical component ).
- Install new memory upgrades.
- Lifting and moving up to 20 lbs. regularly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product faults, and adjust, replace, or repair.
- Evaluate the operation of electronic components using the software provided.
- Minimum High School graduate: preference is a computer programming diploma or degree
- Experience with laptops, desktops, and iPads/tablets
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in repairing wireless products from cosmetic changes, screens, batteries, internal components, software, flashing and unlocking.
- Experience performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and testing on various mobile products, including Android, iPhones, and iPads.
- Strong technical background in electronics.

Job Summary - Operations
The ITAD/Computer Technician is responsible for testing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing laptops and other electronic equipment as required , and performing inventory control including Approved Certified Data Destruction (CDD).
They may also be responsible for wiping/destroying hard drives as per Client specs and SOW requirements, as well as palletizing electronic equipment. (PCs, laptops, printers, removable disks, monitors etc.)
