Job Description

IsoAcoustics is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive team member to support both our Marketing and Customer Service departments. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning new systems, and contributing to special projects.

The ideal candidate has strong digital skills, an eye for detail, and a genuine interest in music and audio. This person will assist with marketing initiatives, content updates, campaign coordination, order processing support, database management, and ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Assist in executing social media campaigns and scheduling content.
• Support email marketing initiatives and database segmentation.
• Coordinate artwork updates and basic graphic design tasks (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Assist with trade show preparation (materials, logistics, tracking deliverables).
• Help organize digital assets (photos, videos, product files).
• Support special marketing projects as assigned.

Customer Service & Operations Support

• Assist with order entry and invoicing.
• Support customer inquiries via email and social platforms as required.
• Maintain and update product and customer databases.
• Help improve internal documentation and processes.
• Assist with CRM and system updates.

Special Projects & Systems Support

• Provide administrative and technical support for cross-departmental projects.
• Assist with the implementation of new systems and tools.
• Support ongoing maintenance of systems including CRM, Amazon backend, and marketing platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or a related support role.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is an asset.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
• Interest in music, audio production, or sound technology is a strong asset.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows (if required).
