Main responsibilities:

Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
Make appointments, call backs, and confirm appointments.
Open and update files.
Receive and participate in the inventory of frames.
Ensure the collection of fees and products sold.
Performs preliminary eye exam tests.
Participate in branch management activities to maintain an excellent experience;
Assist customers in the selection of frames and lenses under the supervision of the professional.
