Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for records and documents.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Salary:
$18.59-$21.57 per hour
