Role Overview
Reporting to the Firm's AutoCAD Project Manager, and working with our AutoCAD Design team and Project Managers, to perform the following duties:

• Focus on Subdivision and Site Plan AutoCAD designs.
• Assist in developing AutoCAD designs for subdivision infrastructure and site plans (Site grading, storm sewers, water mains, service plans, land development)
• Knowledge of current requirements of the Conservation and Municipal Regulatory authorities, as well as utility contractors, site preparation works contractors, and sewer and watermain contractors for subdivision and site plan designs
• Be able to create/prepare engineering drawings with AutoCAD and Civil 3D o Pipe networks o Surface Building o Corridor Modelling

Experience:
3 Years _
Minimum_ of experience in subdivision and site plan designs


Education / Designation:

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET) education or equivalent
• Engineering Degree or Diploma from an accredited and recognized institution

Language:
English (Well written and spoken) (required)
