    Being part of the Software Engineering team at Humi, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team that leverages some of the most popular frameworks to ensure fast, consistent, secure, and scalable solutions. Our front-end application uses Google's Angular framework for a prescriptive approach to web application development. Our payroll and payments service is a Ruby on Rails application, allowing us to abstract and simplify everyday tasks and maintain a flexible environment for future growth. Our HR API is a PHP Laravel application offering us strong community support, learning materials, and in-depth documentation.

    What you will be doing as a PHP Full Stack Software Engineer? As a PHP Full Stack Software Engineer, you will take charge in creating functionality in a full stack capacity when it comes to design and databases.

    • You will be supporting a cross functional team of Developers, Product Managers, and Designers tackling projects from end to end in a fast pace and high growth environment
    • You will take technical requirements to create clean, well organized, and reusable PHP and Angular code
    • You will be developing and shipping new feature and updates across the Humi platform
    • You will have ownership around major areas of the application and drive visible impact to the product by contributing high impact solutions on a daily basis
    • You will be responsible for identifying and fixing any bottlenecks or bugs
    • You will help add to an environment of learning and innovation by sharing best practices with your fellow team mates and vice versa

    What we are looking for in a PHP Full Stack Software Engineer?

    • 2+ years of experience working with PHP as well as similar frameworks like Laravel
    • 3+ years of JavaScript experience
    • 2+ years of experience with the latest versions of Angular (post 2.0) or other modern framework
    • Team player looking to join a dynamic agile development environment
    • Passion for new tech and applying new approaches to help with continual improvements
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with different divisions
